Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at premiumingredients@redgoldtraders.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
